Camp Nou will host the 2029 Champions League final, its first since 1999, while Turin’s Conference League hosting duties will pass to the Puskás Aréna in Budapest for the 2029 edition. The full slate of venue announcements also covered the Europa League, Women’s Champions League and UEFA Super Cup finals through 2029, with Juventus’ ground the sole Italian venue named in the round.
According to Juventus’ official statement, Allianz Stadium opened in 2011 and the 2028 final will mark the third European club final staged there. The venue previously hosted the 2014 UEFA Europa League final and the 2022 UEFA Women’s Champions League final, alongside a number of major international fixtures.
Juventus’ own announcement frames the decision as recognition of the stadium’s standards and its track record hosting international football on the continental stage. The club has not detailed any operational or commercial plans tied to the fixture beyond confirming the award itself.
