Juventus are a step away from finalising Michele Di Gregorio’s departure to Bournemouth, with a loan deal including a €14 million option to buy plus bonuses reportedly on the table.
According to Sky Sport, contacts between the two clubs are ongoing and could be resolved in the coming hours. If completed, it would mark Di Gregorio’s first experience playing outside Italy.
Di Gregorio has made 84 appearances for Juventus across two seasons, keeping 36 clean sheets since his move from Monza. The 1997-born goalkeeper came through Inter’s academy before spells at Renate, Novara, Pordenone and Monza, where he made his Serie A debut in 2022.

His departure follows Juventus’ decision to reset their goalkeeping department after the arrival of Guglielmo Vicario, whose move to Turin has reshaped the pecking order between the posts. Valencia had also shown interest in Di Gregorio, as detailed in this earlier report on his Juventus future.
Di Gregorio is not the only senior goalkeeper heading for the exit. Mattia Perin is closing in on a move to Palermo in Serie B, meaning Juventus would need a second-choice option behind Vicario if both deals go through.

If both departures are completed, Carnevali and Massara will need to work on finding a suitable second goalkeeper for Juventus. Santiago Beltran, a 2004-born goalkeeper at River Plate considered a potential heir to Emiliano “Dibu” Martinez in Argentina, has emerged as one name under discussion, according to Sky Sport. Juventus have also been credited with interest in other emerging options, part of a broader search detailed around the club’s goalkeeper market plans.
The next few hours look decisive for the Di Gregorio operation. Should both Di Gregorio and Perin complete their moves, Juventus would need to identify a replacement to sit behind Vicario.
