Brighton have made a third bid of around £45 million to sign Tottenham Hotspur defender Luka Vuskovic this summer transfer window.

Tottenham are holding firm on their valuation, with the north London club reportedly demanding £60 million for the 19-year-old central defender.

According to The Standard, Vuskovic is prepared to submit a formal transfer request if Tottenham continue to block his path to the exit door.

The Croatian teenager spent last season on loan at Hamburg, where he delivered performances that drew widespread admiration and serious transfer interest.

Vuskovic is already representing his country at senior international level, featuring in World Cup action at just 19 years of age.
