The details of UEFA Super Cup tickets for Aston Villa fans have been announced via the official website.

Aston Villa’s success in clinching Europa League 2026 means that they have an instant opportunity to add more continental silverware. They are expectedly set to face off the Champions League winner, PSG. The clash between these two sides will be held in Salzburg stadium, on August 12. 

It is their second time to play in the UEFA Super Cup after 1983. Their first one ended in a victory over Barcelona. They made a stunning comeback 3-0 win in the second leg at home after losing 1-0 at Camp Nou. 

In this year’s edition, with only a one-leg system, Villa only have one shot, a do-or-die match. The venue, Salzburg stadium, is the home turf of Red Bull Salzburg. Its capacity is only 29,520 spectators. It means Aston Villa can only have 6,853 tickets available for their fans. All tickets will be on sale on a first come, first-served basis. How to get the tickets

In general, the way to get the tickets is the same as how the fans obtain the tickets for the Europa League final. Here are the steps:

1. All supporters are expected to do ticket pre-registration to the ticket platform via this link. The form must be completed between Monday, June 22 at 9.30 am to June 25 at 5 pm.   
2. Supporters will be categorised in three groups, Group 1, 2 and 3. The eligibility criteria for each group are basically the same as the ones for Europa League finals. The only difference is that the final match was excluded in the calculation for matching the eligibility. 

All supporters who have done pre-registration form and fall into group 1 and 2 will receive UEFA Unique Code to access UEFA Portal. The tickets will be definitely available for them as long as they buy them on their own schedule.  

Meanwhile, those who fall into group 3 will not have a definite ticket. Instead, they will be chosen via ballot system. Those who win the ballot will be given a UEFA Unique Code to access the portal of the European football governing body and purchase the ticket in their own slot.  Here is the schedule for each group.

Group 1: Thursday, June 25 (10 am – 2 pm)

Group 2: Thursday, June 25 (2.30 pm) – Friday, June 26 (9.30 am)

Group 3: Friday, June 26 (10 am )

Other Necessary Details 

The club will be monitoring the buyers’ data. If they purchase the tickets using the code with a different identity from the approved applicants, they will not be able to obtain them.

All tickets will be delivered digitally and can be downloaded by the UEFA Mobile Ticket App. It can only be accessed with the same account and device as the applicants registered (one phone = one login).
