Ismail Kabia Hopeful for a First Team Callup

In rather unfortunate circumstances, Arsenal lost Raheem Sterling to a training injury and its most importantly, Bukayo Saka, to a torn hamstring in the 5-1 resounding win over Crystal Palace, opening the opportunities for others to step up, including youngster, Ismail Kabia.

The Dutch youngster, Kabia, that made his Arsenal debut in the 5-1 demolition of Bolton Wanderers, and did his best with the minutes offered. Kabia is renowned for his great pace and is a great creator, notching up four assists for his teammates in the UEFA Youth League campaign.

A loan spell will be a plausible option for Kabia because he’s very raw at this point, but Arteta is not afraid to use youngsters with the likes of Myles Lewis-Skelly and Ethan Nwaneri getting lots of game time in the various competitions this campaign.
