Major League Soccer and Adidas have joined forces again to release the latest wave of their popular Archive Collection, this time featuring eight clubs.
The collection celebrates what MLS describes as “the nostalgia, pride, and passion of eight soccer cities that connect both past and present while honoring each club’s history, culture and identity.”
The eight clubs featured in this year’s launch are Austin FC, CF Montréal, Chicago Fire FC, Houston Dynamo FC, Orlando City SC, Philadelphia Union, Real Salt Lake, and Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
This latest group joins ten clubs from the 2025 collection and five from the original 2024 edition, steadily growing the Archive Collection’s reach across the league.
Each participating club will receive a new third kit alongside a matching jacket, both available now through adidas.com and MLSstore.com.
Austin FC have taken a creative step away from their traditional green and black palette, introducing a violet crown kit inspired by the striking color of the city’s sky at sunset.
CF Montréal’s entry throws the clock back to 1993, recreating the look from the Montréal Impact’s very first professional away game, complete with a vintage MLS logo and historic “1993” branding.
Chicago Fire FC’s kit leans into the “White City” nickname tied to the 1893 World’s Fair held in Chicago, featuring a striking white aesthetic with navy and red accents connecting it to the club’s current identity.
Houston Dynamo FC are marking the 20th anniversary of their first MLS Cup title, with the kit incorporating the iconic ceiling pattern of the Houston Astrodome, recognized as the birthplace of professional soccer in the city.
Orlando City SC have woven together four decades of local soccer history, combining the Lions’ 1980s wordmark with the space-age design of the 1994 World Cup’s Questra match ball, all presented in the legendary red the club wore when lifting its first USL trophy in 2011.
Philadelphia Union have gone deep into 1990s Philly culture, featuring a snake wrapped around the Liberty Bell and hems striped with the colors of each of the city’s major local sports teams.
Real Salt Lake’s contribution is a striking black diamond kit that pays tribute to the region’s dramatic mountain landscape, featuring peaks positioned behind the club crest.
Vancouver Whitecaps FC have created a jersey shaped by the rugged geography of British Columbia, weaving the province’s iconic natural terrain into the design of what the club describes as a defining piece of West Coast soccer identity.
The full MLS Archive Collection, including all kits and matching jackets, is available to purchase now at MLSstore.com.
