The 2026 Genesis Scottish Open begins Thursday, July 9, with the opening round at the Renaissance Club in North Berwick. You can find full Genesis Scottish Open tee times for Thursday’s first round at the bottom of this post.
Scottie Scheffler has accomplished a lot this season. He won in his very first start, capturing his 20th PGA Tour victory at the American Express in February. That was the first of an impressive nine top-5 finishes Scheffler has earned in only 14 starts this year, easily putting him in first in the FedEx Cup standings.
But so far Scheffler has failed to do two things he achieved in the past two seasons: win multiple PGA Tour events and win a major.
Over the next two weeks, the World No. 1 can change that. First, he’s teeing it up in the Genesis Scottish Open, where he’ll hunt for his second Tour win of the year and 21st overall. Then next week he heads to Royal Birkdale to try and defend his title and capture his fifth major win at the Open Championship.
Scheffler will tee off for the opening round on Thursday at 8:43 a.m. ET alongside Matt Fitzpatrick and Tommy Fleetwood.
