What channel is the 2026 U.S. Open on? How to watch the U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills

The 126th U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club is finally underway. But what channel is the 2026 U.S. Open on? Here’s everything you need to know to watch the U.S. Open action on TV this week.

What TV channel is U.S. Open on?

NBC and USA will be the primary TV channels airing this week’s U.S. Open. However, a third channel is getting into the mix, too: NBCSN.

USA will begin the coverage on TV with a lengthy telecast of Thursday’s opening round starting at 6:30 a.m. ET and ending at 5 p.m. ET. USA will also provide early TV coverage for Saturday’s third and Sunday’s final rounds.

NBCSN will take over the Round 1 coverage on Thursday at 5 p.m. ET before carrying the early Round 2 coverage on Friday beginning at 6:30 a.m. ET.

NBC takes over the TV coverage on Friday, with their first U.S. Open broadcast starting at 1:30 p.m. ET. NBC will also provide the primary TV broadcasts for the third and final rounds on the weekend.
