Arsenal has an impressive representation at the World Cup 2026, with 15 players heading to the tournament held in the USA, Mexico and Canada, following Timber’s withdrawal from the Netherlands squad.
It is hardly surprising that so many Arsenal stars have been selected for their countries given the exceptional season that ended with lifting the Premier League trophy and only just missing out on the Champions League trophy by penalties.
There is a good chance that some Arsenal players will be celebrating winning more silverware this summer at the World Cup. If you are looking to bet on the winners or any other World Cup betting options, you can see the best bonuses available on popular sportsbooks at Bitedge.com.
Here are the current odds for each country being represented by Arsenal players:
5/1 Raya, Merino and Zubimendi – Spain
Spain go into the tournament as the favourites with most bookmakers and if they have got it right, this means that the trio of Raya, Merino and Zubimendi would be coming back to London as World Champions.
6/1 Saliba – France
France are second favourites and many experts are backing the team of stars including Mbappe, Dembele, Olise and Arsenal’s Saliba. Having got so close to winning the last World Cup, the France team will have some added motivation to make amends for their disappointment four years ago.
8/1 Eze, Madueke, Rice and Saka – England
Arsenal has four players hoping to end the trophy drought for England and there is no doubt that Saka and Rice will be heavily involved if they do go on to lift the trophy. England start the tournament as the third favourites and with Harry Kane having enjoyed an excellent season in the Bundesliga, he could help fire England, and our Arsenal quartet to glory.
10/1 Gabriel and Martinelli – Brazil
Brazil are further down in the pecking order as sixth favourites but as the most successful World Cup team with five trophies, you can never rule them out. Their last victorious World Cup campaign came back in 2002 and the likes of Vinicius Junior, plus Arsenal’s Gabriel and Martinelli will be fired up to remind the world of what the Brazilians are capable of.
15/1 Havertz – Germany
The bookmakers are not expecting Germany to be a major threat but that doesn’t mean it isn’t going to be a good tournament for them. An in-form Havertz could make a real difference to their World Cup hopes.
45/1 Trossard – Belgium
At 45/1, Belgium would certainly pull off a major shock if they won, so Trossard’s chances are not looking as good as his Arsenal teammates playing for France, Spain and England.
100/1 Hincapie – Ecuador
Ecuador face a tricky group with Germany and the Ivory Coast to contend with, and with odds of 100/1, Hincapie’s Ecuador are unlikely winners.
150/1 Odegaard – Norway
With huge odds of 150/1, Norway’s chances are slim according to the bookies but Odegaard and Haaland could cause a few surprises.
175/1 Gyokeres – Sweden
Sweden are also outsiders to win after a terrible run in the qualifiers but booked their ticket via the playoffs due to their Nations League ranking. Their hopes will hinge largely on the form of Gyokeres and Isak.
