Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola has emerged as a transfer target for both Liverpool and Arsenal ahead of the summer window.
French outlet Le10 Sport reports that Liverpool view Barcola as a particular priority, though PSG could demand as much as €130m to sanction his departure.
Transfer insider Fabrizio Romano has confirmed the winger is firmly on the radar of both Premier League clubs, adding weight to the speculation surrounding his future.
Romano stated: “Movements are expected around Bradley Barcola this summer as reported in May with Arsenal, Liverpool and one more club keen on PSG winger.”
Romano also clarified an important detail surrounding Barcola’s representation, noting that “the agent of Barcola is Moussa Sissoko already since 2025.”
At €130m, the asking price looks steep for a player who has not always been a guaranteed starter at the Parc des Princes.
The 23-year-old recorded 13 goals and five assists across Ligue 1 and the Champions League in 2025/26, contributing to PSG’s European Cup triumph this season.
Those numbers are impressive, but questions remain about whether that output justifies a price tag of €130m, equivalent to around £112m in the current market.
Morgan Rogers, who is already Premier League-proven, is reportedly available for £80m according to TEAMtalk, and arguably offers comparable statistics at significantly better value.
Both Liverpool and Arsenal are in genuine need of wide attacking reinforcements this summer regardless of whether Barcola becomes their primary target.
Liverpool face the urgent task of replacing Mohamed Salah following his departure, while an upgrade on the inconsistent Cody Gakpo also appears necessary.
Arsenal’s need is equally pressing, with the club weighing up whether Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard provide enough quality at the highest level going forward.
Trossard is reportedly attracting interest from elsewhere and could be made available for the right price, potentially freeing up funds and a squad place at the Emirates.
If PSG hold firm at €130m, the smart move for both clubs may be to redirect their attention toward more financially sensible alternatives this window.
