How to watch PGA Championship on Friday

Two-time PGA champion Justin Thomas is very familiar with Quail Hollow. The World No. 5 won his first PGA Championship title at the North Carolina course, making him one of the favorites to win this week.

But as with many stars on Thursday, Thomas did not get off to the start he hoped in his quest for PGA win No. 3. He struggled to a two-over 73 and trails first-round leader Jhonattan Vegas by nine.

While World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler shot two under, his playing partners Rory McIlroy and Xander Schauffele both struggled on Day 1 as well, while LIV star Bryson DeChambeau finished at even par.

But they all get another crack at it in Round 2 on Friday.
